Yes — that's part of the set-up. Send a photo or scan of your current card and we rebuild it: your columns, remarks, rating scales, colours, signature and stamp. Schools with different cards for nursery and primary get both, and each class uses the right one automatically.
Teachers do three things: mark the register, type scores into a sheet that looks like Excel, and add comments. It works on a phone. We train them, and the class teacher only ever sees their own class.
Your data is yours and sits on your school's own hosting. If you ever leave, we hand over a full copy of your database along with Excel exports of pupils, results and payments. Nothing is held back.
Every person has their own login and sees only what their role allows. Passwords are strongly encrypted, two-step login is available for staff, pupil photos and documents are never public, and a security log records who changed what.
No. Parents pay into your school's bank account as they do today and upload the proof, which your bursar confirms. If you want card payments, Paystack pays directly into your account — we never handle school fees.
Yes. The Premium package adds the student portal: students sign in with their admission number, submit classwork online, see timetables and exam slips, and take CBT practice and tests your teachers set. It's switched off for nursery and primary schools.
